The Dream Ava Story
Where to begin. I am a stay at home mom and I love my job! I have a beautiful son, Evan, and I'm married to a wonderful man. We recently found out that we were having a girl and I was THRILLED! Let the shopping begin!
I was wandering the mall and realized how expensive girls really are! Who doesn't love to dress them up and make them pretty? Everytime I would purchase an outfit, I would be in search of the perfect accessory for it. This my friends is how it all started. I decided to go to the craft store and see if I could come up with some cute hair accessories of my own. I LOVE crafts of any kind. After my toddler is in bed for the evening, I find myself staying awake until all hours making bows and tutus. That is when I realized how much I really love to do this!
After a few suggestions from peers, I decided to start this website. It will slowly grow with more styles, but it's a start. My daughter's name will be Ava, which is how I came up with the name. She is my inspiration! Without her, I would've never disovered my new love of sewing!
Please do not hesitate to request specific color combinations for anything in my shop. Everything is handmade and comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home.
